ABSTRAK

Halimi: Curriculum Management Of SDIT Qardhan Hasana Banjarbaru. Advisor (1), Dr. Hj. Salamah, M.Pd. Advisor (2) Dr. Ahmad Salabi, M.Pd, Islamic University State Antasari, Pascasarjana Islamic Education Management, Banjarmasin, (2017). Key Word: Curriculum, Management, Integrated Islamic Elementary School. The Integrated Islamic Primary School is a formal basic education similar to that of the private elementary schools in general. It's just that the Integrated Islamic Primary School uses a curriculum based on Islamic education also in the process of teaching and learning. So the number of hours of lessons also increase every week. Elementary Islamic Primary School (SDIT) Qardan Hasana is one of 3 SDIT located in Banjarbaru city. The purpose of this study is to examine, observe and describe the management of SDIT Qardhan Hasana Banjarbaru curriculum, which includes: curriculum planning; Implementation of curriculum; Evaluation of the curriculum. This type of research is field research, using a qualitative approach. This research is located in SDIT Qardhan Hasana Banjarbaru. Subjects in this study were principals, teachers and foundations. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques used were data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. Data validation techniques used were credibilitas, Transferability, depandibility, and confirmability. The results showed that the management of SDIT curriculum Qardhan Hasana Banjarbaru, seen from the planning, namely goal setting and curriculum program is designed based on the assessment results. Assessment on SDIT Qardhan Hasana Banjarbaru was conducted by principals, teachers and foundations on parents or guardians of students and surrounding communities. The obstacles experienced in curriculum planning are the disagreements between members in the meeting forum, but the barriers are considered meaningless. The people involved in curriculum planning are principals, foundations, and teachers. The curriculum used at SDIT Qardhan Hasan Banjarbaru is a curriculum of KTSP which is planned again by focusing development on local content subjects and self-development. Curriculum Implementation at SDIT Qardhan Hasana Banjarbaru is divided into two: the implementation of school-level curriculum led by the principal and the implementation of class-led curriculum led by the teacher. In Implementing School-Level Curriculum principals use a democratic leadership style. The implementation model of the class-level curriculum used is the Tori model. The evaluation of curriculum at SDIT Qardhan Hasana Banjarbaru was conducted periodically, as needed. There are no significant obstacles in the process of evaluating the curriculum.
