ABSTRAK

SDIT Luqman Al Hakim Balikapapan is a school under the management of Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Balikapapan through Integral Educational Institution (LPI) Luqman Al hakim Balikapapan. An integrated Islamic elementary school that is developing and modifying a curriculum model that integrates Islamic values throughout the learning process. The problem that arises is the readiness of educators in implementing the curriculum. Strategy in efforts to improve the quality of educator resources conducted by the manager of SDIT Luqman Al Hakim in implementing the tauhid-based curriculum in learning is very interesting to be studied. The focus of the research is how to improve the management of educator resources in the context of the Implementation of tauhid-based curriculum in SDIT Luqman Al Hakim Balikpapan with the implementation of management functions, namely: planning, implementation, supervision and evaluation, as well as the factors that are the driving and inhibiting. Researcher use descriptive research method with qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the school manager at SDIT Luqman Al Hakim that is, the director, principal, the person in charge of HRD, and the educator or the teacher. The object of this research is the management of educator resource improvement in the implementation of curriculum based tauhid in SDIT Luqman Al hakim Balikpapan. Data collection is done by interview, observation and document analysis. The data analysis used is checking data, categorizing, explaining categorization, linking between categories, and drawing conclusions. The result of the research shows that the planning function of the improvement of educator resources goes by determining the form of program implementation, the people who will be involved, the place of execution, the execution time, and the technical implementation, although it is still constrained in arranging the activity schedule. Implementation of management improvement of educator resources in the form of training and coaching, training target that is so that educators can be more intelligent in teaching competence, while the target of coaching is so that the educator better obedience, good adherence in spiritual aspect as well as obedience to rules and provisions in school. Supervision of educator resources improvement is carried out by stages of preparation of schedule, preparation of supervision instrument and initial observation, followed by the implementation of class supervision and ending with continuous guidance. Evaluation of management improvement of educator resources in the form of assessment of educator's performance in 5 aspects, but only 4 implemented, attendance assessment, teacher administration assessment, class supervision assessment, and assessment to measure the result of spiritual education of educator conducted in the form of Muhasabah yaumiah. Supporting factors are: vision of school mission, government regulation, solidity of educator, social culture of educator, facility of facility and infrastructure, and school network. Inhibiting factors are: the quality of human resource management competencies, number of personnel, planning strategy and time management, lack of reference resources.
