ABSTRAK

The Islamic boarding schools as institutions of religious education is supported by curriculum as a driving force in implementing education. In general, the Islamic boarding school curriculum is being into learning a certain direction, expressed in terms of the determination of certain books in accordance with the levels of science students to complete learning model. The fundamental problem, people assume that by studying a very old yellow book would be a waste of time, but by learning the instant yellow book which can be obtained only just read it without being able to describe the content contained there in. Therefore, the hallmark of this Islamic boarding school yellow book are able to manage effective learning with a relative time and it obtained not only be able to read it, but can describe and practice in daily life. Thus, this study focused on: 1) Planning; 2) Organizing; 3) Implementation; and 4) Evaluasion of learning in the Integrated Islamic High School in the Women’s Islamic Boarding School Babussalam Kuala Kapuas. This study used a qualitative approach by using case studies. Data collection techniques used were structured and unstructured interviews, participant observation and documentation study. The findings of this study can be described as follows: First, each year, the teachers planning learning activities, especially learning macro yellow book, and then disseminated to all citizens of the Islamic boarding school. Planning principles are applied with flexibility, practicality, continuity, and self-consistent as well with revision control and continuous improvement plans for the next. Second, organizing learning is the organization of the class as an attempt to design the classroom by stimulating the involvement of the students in yellow book study. In yellow book study often use traditional classroom settings. Third, implementation of the learning done in the yellow book all the activities of students in the Islamic boarding schools with varied methods of understanding and principles of habituation and exemplary of the Islamic boarding schools so as to create a conducive environment, academic and religious basis of sincerity and devotion to science. All activities carried out regularly and consistently involving all civitas of the Islamic boarding schools with intensive communication system. Fourth, monitoring and evaluation as a measure of success to be comprehensive, diverse, routine and continuous with the principles of honesty, ix objective and consistent, decisive and proportionate in reward and punishment as well as involving all the elements and reported periodically.
