ABSTRAK

Agus Salim : The Contribution of Civic Education Subject toward Aqidah Akhlak Subject on MA Ampah and MAN Dusun Timur at East Barito Regency, Central Borneo, Advisor I : Prof.DR. H. Kamrani Buseri, MA and Advisor II : DR. Fahmi Riady, S.Th.I.,M.S.I. Thesis, Islamic Education Program,Post Graduate of Antasari State Islamic University,(2017). Keywords : Contribution, Intstructional Education is very important for human, especially students. Through education the student will be educated to be a faithful and pious to the only one God, good morality, healthy, knowledgeable,capable, creative, independent and being a democratic and responsible citizen. To internalize the values into students is not easy and enoughif just rely on theAqidahAkhlak subject. Especially in this modern era, technology and mass media are often to displaythings that less educational. Therefore, we need to keep the moralsvalues still live on students. One of the effort that we can do is to include moral values in teaching and learning process. Civic education subject can strengthen morals values of students, because of the similarity purpose between civic education and AqidahAkhlak subject. It is for internalizing state and social life and morals values. Therefore, we need to observe the contribution of civic education subject toward AqidahAkhlak subject. Focus of this research is to know the contribution of civic education subject towards AqidahAkhlak on MA Ampah and MAN DusunTimur. The type of this research is field research using by qualitative approach and the data of this research collected using by observation, interview and documentation.The Data analysis of this research are data collecting, data reduction, data servings and summary. The results of this research show that the learning process of civic education subject on MA Ampah and MAN DusunTimurhave been running in accordance with syllabus in general. Although, on MA Ampah the teacher still havenot the lesson plan yet. Thelearning approach used by the civic education teacher on MA Ampah is Teacher-Centered Approach whereas Student-Centered Approach is used by teacher on MAN DusunTimur. The the teachers methods use in teaching and learning process are Lecturing, discussions and questions and answers with media in such as books, white board, laptop, LCD Projector, and speaker. The teachers do assessment by giving pretest and posttest to students. Civic education subject have moral values in its material, learning process and students activities. The contribution of civic education subject toward AqidahAkhlak subject on MA Ampahand MAN DusunTimur are inclusion of morals values such as religious, honest, discipline, responsible, fair, tolerance and respect each others into civic education subject.
