ABSTRAK

Nor Fithriah: Kepemimpinan Pendidikan Pesantren(Studi Kewibawaan Pada Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah, Modern, dan Kombinasi ). Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. H. Kamrani Buseri, MA and Dr. H. Husnul Yaqin, M. Ed. Thesis in the Graduate Program IAIN Antasari Banjarmasin, 2016 Pesantren is one of the Indonesian Islamic educational institutions that are traditional to deepen knowledge of Islam and practice it as a guide to everyday life. Pesantren has been recognized as educational institutions that have joined the intellectual life of the nation. Khazanah boarding history illustrates just how strong the influence of the authority of clerics, they become a mecca followers. Policies are often poured orally used as a handle, behavior and attitude everyday be a role model, figurative language are flung often become food for thought, because the administrative mechanism boarding schools both with regard to the organizational structure of the leadership and direction of development of the pesantren, is the role kyai. Thus, the vision is often a barometer boarding school clerics. This research is a field (field research), the research conducted on-site research, namely in three boarding school in South Kalimantan, namely Pondok Pesantren Nurul Muhibbin (Barabai), Pondok Pesantren Rashidiyeh Khalidiyah (Amuntai), and Pondok Pesantren Al Falah (Banjarbaru). Judging from the nature of this research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques used in this study are: interviews, observation, and documentation. This study aims to gain an overview of the authority of the leadership of the cottage salafiyah, combinations and modern as well as how the pattern of leadership that existed at the boarding school. The results showed that: (1) at the boarding school Nurul Muhibbin Barabai, K.H. Muhammad Bakhiet is oang authoritative and charismatic. It can be seen from the chaplain / cleric and students / female students who very rarely protest or interfere with his decision to sue. At the boarding school Rashidiyeh Khalidiyah, KH. Husin Naparin Lc, MA is authoritative people. High flying hours in preaching and self-mannered demeanor make him respected by colleagues - colleagues and subordinates. At boarding school al-Falah, KH. Shaheed Nur is the leader of an authoritative and respected by those around him. He was known as a simple and sincere scholars in acting and doing as well as respected religious teacher / cleric and students / female students of the community as well. (2) at the boarding school Nurul Muhibbin Barabai, K.H. Muhammad Bakhiet using charismatic and democratic leadership style, but the style is more dominant charismatic. At the boarding school Rashidiyeh Khalidiyah, KH. Husin Naparin Lc, MA using a democratic leadership style, as seen in decisions by consensus. At boarding school al-Falah, KH. Shaheed Nur also use democratic leadership style, as seen in decisions by consensus.
